I have already set up the slider to the top and still standard users are still able to install google chrome or mozilla firefox despite the admin privileges box pop up for password. An administrator can go to a user's computer and do a per-machine installation of the application. Because privileges are required to perform this type of installation, per-machine installations are always managed.

your web browser may say whoa man this thing could make your computer had bad things click yes that is just because what you are downloading is a .jar file wich it is true can harm your computer so make sure you are download from forge officail site wich is what i linked you to also if you dont belive me its http://files.minecraftforge.net/

so minecraft forge is installed now it may say what are you doing you need to run that version of minecraft do so! if you're on an old version figure out how to change version using edit profile its not that hard if you can't do this you are a pathetic person however i also recommend making a new profile if you did download 2 separate version of forge just do the same thing except on each profile also i recommend making sure your original is the same so if you are pathetic and break it all than minecraft still works
now so you've run the correct version of minecraft and now run that once then install forge again
alright now go back to those profiles after you've installed the single player client for foge which is default selected. and change them to the forge version

sry not done yet since this tutorial is incase you dont have admin on your computer theres extra steps. go into resource packs in options k? ignore mods changing that will probably do weird things idk what

keep the folder open and go backwards in the directory(the bar at the top) to .minecraft there you'll find your mods folder CLOSE MINECRAFT if you've run forge or have a previous version open that and drag jar files into there only jar files will work in some scenarios ive gotten a couple zips and once a folder to work but mainly if its not working its cause you haven't brought your mods aren't jar files
